Terms of Service
Last updated: October 31, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Top Talent LA Management Inc, which operates OurWorld, for using OurWorld as a member, a creator or both. By creating an account or using OurWorld, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, and our Rewards Terms if you share referral links.
The short version
- OurWorld is for people aged 18 or older. NSFW content is not allowed.
- Creators run worlds on OurWorld, and members join them. OurWorld approves every creator before they can sell anything.
- Payments go through Stripe. Monthly and annual memberships renew until you turn renewal off. VIP upgrades are one-time payments.
- Calls and custom videos start as requests. You pay for a call when you send the request, and get a full refund if it isn’t booked. You pay for a custom video after the creator accepts. Booked calls are non-refundable.
- Messages are between you and a creator’s world. Members can’t message each other.
- You own what you post. Only share what you have the right to share, and follow the rules in section 11.
- Questions? Email contact@ourworld.space.
1. About OurWorld
OurWorld is a place where creators run their own private spaces, called worlds, and members join them. A world can offer memberships, VIP access, paid posts, private media and paid messages with the creator.
In these terms, “OurWorld”, “we” and “us” mean Top Talent LA Management Inc, and “you” means you. A “creator” runs a world, and a “member” joins one.
Available features vary by world and may include audio or video calls, custom videos, live streams, stories and gifts. Any price, access period or additional terms are shown before you pay.
2. Who can use OurWorld
You must be at least 18 years old to use OurWorld, including to create an account, apply as a creator or make a purchase. You must also be able to form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you, and those laws must allow you to use OurWorld. By continuing with signup, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Your account
OurWorld doesn’t use passwords. You sign in with a one-time code that we email to you, or with your Google or Apple account. Anyone who controls your email account or that Google or Apple account may be able to sign in as you, so keep them secure.
- Give accurate information and keep your contact details up to date.
- Don’t share, sell or transfer your account, and don’t pretend to be someone else.
- You can see the devices you’re signed in on and sign them out from your account settings.
- For some actions, such as changing the email you sign in with, we’ll ask you to confirm it’s you first.
You’re responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else has used it, contact us right away.
4. How worlds work
Joining a world
If someone shares a world’s link with you, you can see the world’s profile and its locked posts without an account. To browse Discover and see free posts, sign in or create an account. To join a world, choose a membership and complete checkout. A separate creator approval is not required. Your access starts once the payment is confirmed, and what each membership includes is shown before you pay.
As a member, you need an active membership in at least one world to message creators, request calls and custom videos, and use OurWorld’s other member features. Until you have one, you can still browse, join a world, apply as a creator and manage your account.
VIP access
Some worlds offer VIP access. If you have an active membership in that world, you can buy an available VIP upgrade directly without sending a request. VIP upgrades are one-time payments for the period shown at checkout and do not renew automatically. Your monthly or annual base membership renews separately. VIP benefits require an active membership in the same world; ending that membership does not extend the VIP period.
Paid posts and private media
You can buy individual posts, and creators can send you private media offers. What you buy is available while you have an active membership in that world.
Messages
Conversations are one-to-one, between you and a creator’s world. Each message you send to a creator has a price, which you see before you send it. Creator replies are free. Creators may also send updates to their members as private messages.
Calls
If a creator offers calls, you can ask them for an audio or video call. You choose a length and a time at least an hour away, see the price, and pay when you send the request. If you don’t finish paying within 2 hours, the request closes and isn’t sent. Once you’ve paid, the creator can accept it, decline it or suggest another time. The call is booked when they accept, or when you accept the time they suggest. If they decline, if it isn’t booked before the requested time, or if you cancel it before it’s booked, we refund your payment in full.
OurWorld does not record or store call audio or video. Don’t record or share another person’s call or private content without their permission. Booked calls are non-refundable, including if you miss the call. If the creator cancels a booked call, we refund your payment in full. If the creator misses it, contact support and we’ll review it.
Custom videos
If a world offers custom videos, its members can ask the creator for a personal video. You tell them the occasion, who it’s for and what you’d like them to say, and you see the price before you send the request. The creator decides whether to make it. If they don’t answer within 7 days, the request expires.
Once the creator accepts, you have 7 days to pay. There’s no set delivery date. After you pay, the creator records or uploads the video, up to 5 minutes long, and sends it to your conversation with their world. You can watch it there and save a copy for your own personal use, and it stays available after your membership ends.
The creator is paid for a custom video only after they send it. If it doesn’t arrive, or something is wrong with it, contact support (see section 8). If the video is for someone else, only include details about them, such as their name or birthday, that they’d be happy for you to share.
Live streams and gifts
Where offered, members can join a creator’s live stream. A stream may be included in your membership or need a separate ticket, and you see which before you pay. Where a stream offers them, you can send reactions, GIFs and paid gifts. Gifts are voluntary and don’t promise a reply, a call or extra access unless the offer says so.
Stories and world updates
Creators can post stories: a photo or a short video that shows on their world for 24 hours. They can keep stories in highlights on their world for longer. Like a post, a story can be free, for members or for VIP members. If you reply to a story, your reply arrives in your conversation with the world, like any message.
Creators also post world updates for their members. Members can react to an update, vote in its poll and, if the creator turns replies on, reply to it. Only the creator and their team see your replies; other members see only the totals for replies, reactions and votes.
Other members
Worlds do not display a member directory, and members can’t message each other. If you send a gift during a live stream, other viewers can see the gift and your public display name.
Creator teams
Creators can invite people to help run their world and choose what each of them can do. Depending on that, team members can edit the world’s profile and publish posts, read and reply to messages as the creator, see member details and review membership requests, handle call and custom video requests, host live streams, publish world updates, send mass and welcome messages, and see the world’s activity statistics.
What a purchase gives you
A purchase gives you personal access to what was offered, inside OurWorld. It doesn’t give you ownership of the creator’s work, a right to share it, or a personal relationship with the creator. Creators decide what they offer, and they are responsible for delivering it as described.
5. Becoming a creator
To run a world, you apply to OurWorld. Our team reviews every application and may ask you for more information or invite you to an intro call. We decide whether to approve an application.
If we approve you, we set up your world. Before it goes live, you review and accept its offer, including its prices. Before it can take payments, you connect a payout account with Stripe.
As a creator, you agree to:
- describe your world and everything you offer accurately, and deliver what you offer;
- tell your members about any important change to what they’re paying for;
- have every right and permission needed for your content, including consent from anyone who appears in it;
- follow these terms and the laws that apply to you, including tax laws; and
- be responsible for the people you add to your team and what they do in your world.
6. Purchases and payments
Prices are in US dollars. Before you pay, we show you the price, any service fee and whether the purchase renews. A membership’s service fee is charged again with each renewal.
Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page. You enter your card details with Stripe, and we don’t receive your full card number. A purchase is complete when Stripe confirms the payment, not when you return to OurWorld.
Price changes
Creators can change their prices. New prices apply to new purchases. If the price of a monthly membership you already have goes up, we’ll tell you in the app and by email before the new price applies to you, and you can turn off renewal before then. Until then, you keep paying your current price. Annual memberships keep the price agreed at checkout for future renewals. VIP access and any period you’ve already paid for don’t change.
7. Renewals and cancelling
Monthly memberships renew each month and annual memberships renew each year until you turn renewal off. Your renewal date is based on when your membership began. VIP upgrades do not renew automatically. If you previously bought an annual membership as a one-time purchase, it keeps those terms and will not renew automatically; it is not converted to a subscription.
You can turn off renewal in Billing by choosing Cancel renewal for that membership. Do this before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Turning off renewal doesn’t refund the current period. In billing settings you can also update your card and see past invoices.
Signing out, deleting the app, blocking a world or asking us to delete your account doesn’t turn off renewal. To stop future charges, turn off renewal.
If a renewal payment fails, we’ll let you know. Your access ends at the end of the period you’ve paid for, and it comes back if the payment goes through later.
Renewals stop if your account or the world is restricted, or if the creator ends your access.
8. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks
Calls are non-refundable once booked, except as these terms describe or the law requires.
If something goes wrong with a purchase, such as a duplicate charge or something you paid for that didn’t arrive, contact us through Help & support in your account or at contact@ourworld.space. Include your purchase ID if you have it. Refunds are decided by OurWorld, not by creators.
If a payment is refunded in full, the access it paid for may end. For example, a refunded membership period, VIP access or paid post can be removed. If a custom video is refunded before it’s sent, the creator can no longer send it.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. While a dispute is open, we may hold back anything from that purchase that hasn’t been delivered yet. If the dispute is decided in your favor, we treat it like a full refund.
Nothing in these terms takes away any right to a refund or cancellation that you have under the law where you live.
9. Creator earnings and payouts
Members pay OurWorld through Stripe. OurWorld keeps a platform fee from the price of each sale, and your share is the rest, as set out in the commercial terms for your world. A change to those terms applies only to purchases made after the change takes effect.
- We transfer eligible earnings to your connected Stripe account. Bank payouts are scheduled weekly on Fridays. The next payout shown in Earnings is an estimate; bank processing, holidays, account requirements and holds can affect when funds arrive.
- Your share of a sale is subject to a holding period, currently 7 days, and payment settlement checks. Pending funds are not yet ready to pay out. Funds held for a refund, dispute or account review are excluded from the payout estimate until eligible. Your share of a custom video stays pending until you send the video.
- Payouts need a payout account that Stripe has verified. Stripe may ask you to confirm your identity and bank details on its own pages. Availability depends on your country and Stripe’s verification requirements.
- While a payment to your world is disputed, we may pause transfers to you. If a payment is refunded or a dispute is lost, your share of the amount returned is reversed, including from money already sent to your Stripe account.
You’re responsible for any taxes on your earnings. Stripe’s own terms also apply to your payout account.
10. Your content
You own what you post and send on OurWorld. You give OurWorld permission to store, copy, process, display and deliver your content, as needed to run OurWorld, show it to the people you’ve chosen and keep OurWorld safe. This permission doesn’t transfer ownership, and we won’t use your private content to advertise OurWorld without asking you.
Only upload content you have the right to share, and get permission from anyone who appears in it. When you upload a photo, the copies people see have hidden details such as its location removed. Videos that contain location data are refused.
Content you can see because of a membership or purchase is for your personal viewing in OurWorld. Don’t copy, download, share, resell or publish a creator’s paid or private content without their permission.
OurWorld’s name, logo, design and software belong to us. If you send us ideas or feedback, we can use them without owing you anything.
11. Rules for using OurWorld
OurWorld is an 18+ platform, but it is not an adult-content service. Don’t use OurWorld to:
- post, send, sell or perform NSFW content, including nudity, pornography or sexually explicit material, or offer sexual services. This applies to profiles, posts, stories, uploads, private messages, custom videos, calls and live streams;
- post, send or sell anything illegal, or anything that sexually exploits or endangers children;
- share intimate images of anyone without their consent, or content that shows someone without their permission;
- harass, threaten, bully or abuse anyone, or encourage violence or hatred;
- infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- scam, mislead or defraud anyone, or send spam;
- pretend to be someone else or misrepresent who you are;
- get around payments, access limits, blocks or restrictions, or copy, scrape or resell content; or
- interfere with OurWorld’s security or operation, or access it with bots or other automated tools without our permission.
12. Reports, blocking and restrictions
You can report a post or a world in the app, and you can contact us about anything else. People on our team review reports. Reports are private, and we don’t tell the creator who reported them.
As a member, you can block a world. Blocking hides it from you and stops messages and new purchases, but it doesn’t cancel your membership or turn off renewal.
We may remove content, or restrict an account, if we believe it breaks these terms or the law or puts people or OurWorld at risk. When we restrict an account, we sign it out everywhere, take its worlds offline and stop its renewals. We’ll tell you if we restrict your account. You can still sign in to contact support and turn off renewals.
If you think we’ve made a mistake, contact support and we’ll review it.
13. Referral rewards
You can share a referral link and earn rewards when the people you invite join and pay. Our Rewards Terms explain how it works and apply when you take part.
14. Services from other companies
OurWorld relies on other companies, such as Stripe for payments and payouts, and Google or Apple if you sign in with them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use their services. OurWorld may also link to other sites. We’re not responsible for other companies’ services or sites.
15. Leaving OurWorld
You can stop using OurWorld at any time. Turn off renewal first to stop future charges. You can ask us to delete your account in your account settings. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle that request.
We may suspend or end your access to OurWorld if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering OurWorld. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you first.
Parts of these terms that by their nature should last after your account ends, such as amounts owed, the content permissions others need, disclaimers and limits on liability, keep applying.
16. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep OurWorld running well, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise that OurWorld will always be available or free of errors, that any creator will keep offering their world or reply to you, or that creators will earn any amount. Creators are responsible for their own content and offers, and we don’t endorse them.
17. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, OurWorld isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, income, data or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim about OurWorld is limited to the amount you paid through OurWorld in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
18. Responsibility for claims
To the extent the law allows, if someone makes a claim against OurWorld because of your content or because you broke these terms or the law, you’ll cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.
19. Disagreements
If you have a problem with OurWorld, please contact us first at contact@ourworld.space, and we’ll try to sort it out with you. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws that apply where you live.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as OurWorld changes. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using OurWorld after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply. If you don’t agree to them, stop using OurWorld and turn off any renewals.
21. General terms
- These terms, our Privacy Policy, our Rewards Terms and any terms shown when you buy something are the whole agreement between you and OurWorld about OurWorld.
- If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we don’t enforce part of these terms straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- You can’t transfer these terms to anyone else. We may transfer them as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of OurWorld.
- We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
